Equipment Included at No Extra Charge – Furniture pads, hand-trucks, dollies, ratchet straps, and power tools come with every crew on every job. These are never add-on line items. The truck is sized to your move and reflected on your estimate, but the equipment your crew needs to protect and move your belongings properly is always there at no extra charge.
Furniture Pads and Wrap for Office Equipment – Desks, filing cabinets, shelving, conference tables, and other office furniture are wrapped and protected before loading. Equipment that’s disassembled is tracked and reassembled at your new location.
Disassembly and Reassembly – Modular desks, cubicle components, and large furniture pieces are broken down and put back together. Hardware is kept with each item so nothing gets lost between locations.
Flexible Scheduling – Office moves often need to happen outside business hours. We’re available Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and can work around your operational schedule to minimize disruption.

Crew Arrives on Schedule: On move day, the crew arrives on time and ready to work. Commercial building requirements such as loading docks, elevator reservations, and parking restrictions are handled based on the information you provide when booking.
Systematic Loading: The crew works through your office methodically, wrapping and loading items in a way that makes unloading and setup at the new location as straightforward as possible.
Set Up at Your New Location: Items are placed according to your floor plan or your team’s direction. Furniture is reassembled and positioned so your office is functional as quickly as possible.

Yes. We’re available Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If your move needs to happen in the evening or over a weekend to avoid disrupting your team’s workday, we can schedule accordingly. Let us know your constraints when you request your quote.
Yes. Modular desks, cubicle panels, conference tables, and similar pieces are disassembled as needed and reassembled at your new location. Hardware is tracked with each item throughout the move so nothing is missing when it’s time to put things back together.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. For larger commercial moves with specific scheduling requirements such as building access windows, freight elevator reservations, or multi-day jobs, booking further ahead gives us time to plan the logistics properly.
We move standard office electronics such as monitors, printers, and desktop units that are properly packed by your team. We do not handle server rack installation or IT infrastructure setup. If you have specialized IT equipment, confirm the specifics when you request your quote so we can advise on the best approach.
