MechaMovers is a locally owned moving company based in Orlando, FL. We started small, built our reputation one move at a time, and have stayed true to the same approach that got us here. Our team is made up of people who were born and raised in Central Florida, not outside contractors, not rotating hires, but a core group of professionals who know this region and have chosen to build their careers here. That consistency is something our customers notice, and we work hard to maintain it.

We do not use subcontractors. Every MechaMovers crew is made up of our own people, which means you always get the same standard of care and accountability. We keep our process tight so nothing falls through the cracks, from the first call to the final placement.

How We Work?

Step 1: Free Quote – Call us or submit a request online. We go over your move size, locations, and any specialty items so you have an accurate picture of what your move involves before anything is scheduled.

Step 2: Move Planning – Once you book, your date is locked in and the right crew and truck count are assigned to your job. For long distance or more complex moves, we confirm logistics in advance so move day has no surprises.

Step 3: Crew Arrives Prepared – On move day, your crew shows up on time with a fully equipped truck and everything needed to protect and move your belongings. The process starts the moment we arrive, not after everyone figures out what to do.

Step 4: Wrap, Load, and Transport – Every piece of furniture is wrapped before it goes on the truck. Items are secured for transit. Fragile pieces get extra attention. This step does not get rushed regardless of how straightforward the job looks.

Step 5: Unload and Place – At your new location, everything is brought in and placed where you want it. Furniture is reassembled as needed. The job is not finished until you are set up properly.
